NTR Grants Massachusetts intial licensure in grades 8-12 in English, history, math, physics, chemistry, and biology.  This is the same license offered in traditional university teacher preparation programs, including MEd and MAT programs.  A master's degree is not required to earn an initial license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and NTR is not a master's degree granting institution.
